The Access Specialist will inform you of the payer's requirements for the PA, verify patient information, and track the progress of the request following submission.
Help coordinate appeals
If an insurer has denied coverage for your patient, the Access Specialist can provide information on the payer's appeals process and track the status of the
submission until the claim is resolved.
